      一、五年的具体规划
             1.成立创新型人才培养基地;
             2.深化对青年教师的培养,建立一种长期分批次培养的模式 ;

             4.面向培养独立学院应用型人才编写教材。
     二、实现专业建设规划面临的困难
             1.师资力量不足;
             2.如何增加合作企业数量、如何解决合作形式单一的问题;
             3.资金不足。
     三、解决办法:
            1.扩大教师队伍,吸引双师型高素质人才;
            2.有计划地派本专业教师进行调研,争取确定更多合作企业。
